1) The Wi-Fi currently connected to the the mobile phone is a 2.4Ghz network; The current location has good Wi-Fi coverage and a stable network(Wi-Fi signal is greater than 75%);
2) Avoid using Wi-Fi extender;
3) Check whether the Wi-Fi password is entered correctly; It cannot be ruled out that in the rare case of special network incompatibility, the App and the camera cannot be connected correctly.
