Its been 14 days i didnt receive any updates , tracking number is wrong

We've been using a Philips Avent SCD923/26 for more than two years with our son and have been quite satisfied with that babyphone but as we're now expecting our little princess we have noticed the biggest limitation of that device, it can have only one camera attached so we were looking for other solutions and found the ieGeek system that offered all we wanted direct out of the box. After now one month of intense usage we are really happy with that. The positive aspects of the System (especially compared to our quite pricey Avent) are:
+ 2 Cameras (Split screen)
+ Wireless range
+ hybrid WLAN/wireless/App Options for every use case
+ Video Quality Day and Night
+ Display Size of parent unit
+ PTZ for both cameras
+ONVIF option to include cameras in home automation
what can be improved (mostly software related so fingers crossed for future updates):
- cameras can't be switched off (we have now USB-C Cables with built in switches from aliexpress)
- low battery warning on parent unit switches off the monitor more or less immidiately, a bit more buffer time (~10mins or more) to look for a power bank or switch to the app would be appropriate
- when switching off the parent unit theres always a confirmation menu although I would think pressing the power button for more than 3s should be confirmation enough ;-)

Overall definitely worth the money and recommended buy - and even with 2 cams cheaper than the single avent system :-)

Bin sehr zufrieden mit der Kamera nutze sie seit 1 Jahr.
sie war defekt und die haben mir die Kamera direkt ersetz habe sie per email kontaktiert und direkt eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Sie haben versucht mir zu helfen dennoch hat die Kamera immer noch nicht funktioniert. Da haben Sie die ersetzt schnelle Lieferung. Netter Kundenservice kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

If you were thinking about buying their products, knowing you can always return it if the quality turns out to be less than acceptable: don't. First of all the quality is flimsy, installation is a pain, and it all feels cheap. Second of all, after trying to get in touch with them through three separate channels it's been three weeks so far and I'm still not able to return the items and get my money back. It starts looking like a scam.

Très bon produit. La connexion est stable, la qualité d'image est satisfaisante, les détections de bruits et pleurs sont fiables. L'installation ainsi que l'utilisation sont faciles. L'autonomie de l'écran est convenable. Je recommande le produit
