Après 1 an et demi d'utilisation voilà que la caméra ne fonctionne plus sur le visiophone et me dit impossible de se connecter ressayer plus tard. J'ai fait un reset, reconnecter tout et impossible à faire fonctionner.

Con il prodotto ci siamo trovati benissimo, ma la vera differenza la fa l’assistenza.
Dopo un paio di anni abbiamo avuto un problema con la telecamera e la risposta dell’assistenza è stata immediata con risoluzione rapidissima.
IeGeek è un’azienda che cura i suoi clienti e questo è una rarità. Grazie

Bought this for our nursery as it has all the features we needed. Works well as advertised. Nice and small. Easy to set up. Connects well and the battery lasts a long time.

Arrived really fast, next day, quality of the items camera and monitor are amazing.So easy and simply to assemble and install.Excellent quality of video, sound and picture, theres also a sd card slot which allowed you to record and save some memories.Big plus is that you can also install it on your mobile phone and can check you baby when you are not at home.I am highly recommend this baby camera monitor, worth every penny.

I have purchased 3 outdoor iegeek battery cameras in the past which I have been extremely happy with., so I naturally I always look at iegeek first. Camera arrived very quickly through prime, and was very easy to set up, it found my wifi immediately first time no messing about and was very easy to set up as soon as I switched the monitor on the picture was showing so it was linked immediately.I’ve had a play around with it there’s a few things that stand out, the picture on my phone is amazing, the sound is good and the monitor will be brilliant to be able to keep an eye on what’s happening without entering the room and causing any disruption, there’s lots of features motion tracking, (which I tried to show in my pictures, just that it moved with my body movement) temperature, room humidity etc.Cons: for me anyway…you had to download the app ie geek cam, my other cameras run off cloud edge? It would have been better for me that they was all on the same app, I can’t help but wondering why this is especially since I only bought last camera 2/3 weeks ago.I also thought new technology was moving to Usb-c cables.The Ptz is good but unless positioned really well the camera cannot Tilt beyond a certain point, so say for instance it was on a table it could look all around the room and give good view and upwards but if you wanted to tilt it right down to the floor it wouldn’t be able to do it, probably not something you’d want to do but worth mentioning.But this camera is well built, picture is fantastic and very simple to set up.

Perfect item, you can have the camera linked to your phone via same wifi or the screen which has all the features that you need for your baby.
I had trouble with my screen not charging and the support team handled it immediately and sent me a new replacement, super team and amazing item !

I love this dual camera and I’m said ours is dying and doesn’t hold battery after almost 2 years. This camera and the app have been amazing. Even my in laws liked this camera and they are not people that use a lot of technology.The fact that I can have eyes on both kid rooms at night at the same time is great. It was the best affordable one we could find. It’s zooms in great. The night vision is stunning. The mic feature is cool but not necessary for is. I highly recommend this dual camera to any parents considering it. I’m considering buying another one since ours has to constantly be plugged in to function.

Sharp 2K camera quality, clearer image than many standard 720p monitors. Pan-tilt-zoom controls give complete room viewing without repositioning gear. Night vision works well for overnight monitoring. Two-way talk and alerts offer communication and notifications. Battery life on the parent unit isn’t super long if the screen stays active all the time. Easy to use.

Bought this when we had a second baby, monitor and camera’s are excellentDid have a issue with the monitor, but the after sales service quickly sent a new one with no hassle

We ordered this baby monitor after having 2 babies we needed the split screen monitor option. We have always been happy with the product overall, and the kids love the bunny design as it suits well for their bedroom. We did have an issue with the monitor and plug which was no longer charging however customer service were very quick to resolve this issue and send us a replacement very quickly. This was also during the holiday period which was extra impressive! We have received the replacement screen with no issues and I believe it is a newer version sent as well which we are also happy with its quality. We would highly recommend this product and especially when requiring split screen option for multiple rooms.

I love that we can see both of our kids sleeping from one app and a shared monitor. Great audio and visual capacity. Definitely worth the money. My husband can use the monitor at work to tell my son at home to "have a good nap." We love it.

This has been very good can see everything very clear been using it for 10 months now.

Works well when you’re connected, just make sure it doesn’t disconnect. It is a PAIN to reconnect.

We currently use one in the nursery and keep the second ready for the playroom or for a future sibling. • The monitor is simple to navigate, and you can either view both cameras at once or switch one to full screen with a tap. • Two-way audio works well, making it easy to soothe the baby without rushing straight in. • There is an app option if you need it—useful for days when the baby is with childcare or if one parent is out at work. • It comes with three USB-C chargers with proper UK plugs, one for each camera and the monitor. • The monitor’s battery life is good. DO NOT BUY ITIt keeps refreshing the screen in the middle of the night, even when the monitor is on the night mode. It he scree is on and off constantly for no reason. I do not recommend buying it.BTW - the phone provided is never available and they never answer the emails. So, the customer support does not work at all unless you pay the 2 years warranty.

Works very well and can actually play tunes that are pre installed. easy to set up and no wifi required. the app is not great but using it with it's own monitor is great. there are cheaper ones but not the same quality as this one.

Good quality camera, picks up movement and crying well.Only annoyance is it sometimes disconnects for a few seconds when trying to move the camera around.

5 stars all around. Great quality camera and monitor. The install was super easy and setting it up with the app on my phone was a breeze. Just make sure if you have the 2.4 wifi camera, that you’re using 2.4 and not 5g. About a month after using one of my two baby monitors, I kept hearing a loud clicking sound on my phone when the camera was up. But I never heard the sound when standing next to the camera. A couple of months went by and it wouldn’t stop. I decided to reach out to their customer service via email just to see. They were absolutely amazing and thorough and diagnosed the problem quickly. They sent me a new camera AND monitor and it arrived a few days later. I would recommend to anyone!

This has been the best purchase; I was skeptical at first but it was so worth it. I’ve had other baby monitors but the ease of viewing two cameras on one screen is amazing. Plus it reads temperature, tells me the humidity levels, and I can set alerts for movement AND sound. It allows me to talk back on the intercom even when I’m not home (from my phone) . When it connects to the camera, it does so on a secure wifi. This is a great buy, worth every cent.Editing to add that the customer service is TOP NOTCH!!! They replaced a monitor that stopped working for me with no hassle. I reached out because I lost the mounting hardware and they sent me more. This company is amazing. The cameras help me watch both kids at the same time both on my phone and from the monitor. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you iGeek customer service!!!!! I’m sincerely impressed.
