While you do have the option to use your own SIM card, please be aware that compatibility can sometimes vary with different carriers or brands, which may lead to connection issues. For optimal performance, we strongly recommend using a mainstream local brand SIM card known for its reliable 4G network coverage.
Important Note regarding returns: If you choose to peel off the SIM Card slot sticker to insert your own SIM card, the product will no longer be eligible for our 1-month (30-day) no-reason return policy.
