ieGeek ZY-G2 4g-overvågningskamera

I struggle to get WIFI in certain parts of my house as it is an old sandstone house, so the iGeek 4G is the best one to go for in this instance. I’m already familiar with iGeek products and haven’t been disappointed at all. They are reliable, have high quality resolution. It is colour. It is Two-way. What’s new (for me) is the solar panel and it works perfectly. Cost of use is only 19p – 23p per day (as it used a SIM card, same as a phone) so you can’t really complain – it has unlimited data. In short, it’s a perfect addition to my range of iGeek cameras and solves a problem that I had in relation to my poor WIFI signal. I have it outside – it’s waterproof as well.

This cam works as advertised and is a good value. It can be controlled by the app to view in various directions. It does not have an option that I can find to turn off the robotic audio instructions for connecting and reconnecting. It's loud and I want to move it to various locations and turn it on and off so the audio noise is frustrating to me. I live in a congested area that makes this type of audio a security risk by alerting that a device is open to nearby devices. This cam should be set in one location and left on, which makes the awsome magnet feature on the bottom a little less useful. I have not been able to get it to turn back on "quietly" as a standalone cam while not using purchasable data but just the sd card. It's not for connections to wifi either. It's wireless with a solar panel and USB for charging. The battery seems to be good and maintains the device without charging for at least a week.

There is nothing at all wrong with the product. It works. Excellent the no Wi-Fi is what I like most about it. The only complaint that I would have is how expensive the monthly to yearly plans are battery. Life is great. Camera quality is great and the night vision.

I’m really impressed by the camera, it works brilliantly without Wi‑Fi (note it doesn't have wifi option) and it goes straight to delivering sharp, clear footage whether it’s day or night. It’s perfect for camping trips or a cottage without internet, because it’s completely wire‑free and even solar‑powered so there’s no hassle with power cables or recharging. Overall it’s dependable, super convenient and feels thoughtfully built for life off the grid. Camera comes with SIM card and 7 days free coverage but you can opt for monthly subscription or use your own sim card with a data plan.

This is a decent camera. The picture and sound quality is very good. It's better than their older models. Installation and app setup was very quick and easy.As for the magnet, it is STRONG. I had my doubts when buying it, but I am impressed. The solar panel seems to be keeping it charged well enough. All in all, a decent camera setup.

I swopped out my other branded camera for this, and wow, I'm impressed! This is one of my best cameras! I store the footage on a memory card, and the app is so easy to set up and use. Miles above the other brands that I've had.

Took a bit to get it all running but once it’s set up this thing’s brilliant. Picture quality’s really sharp, even at night, and the colour night vision actually works properly. The magnetic mount’s strong and the solar panel keeps it topped up fine – haven’t had to charge it once yet. Runs straight off the SIM, no Wi-Fi needed which is perfect for remote spots. App notifications come through quick and the mic/speaker is decent. Build feels solid too, proper weatherproof. Bit of patience with setup, but worth it.

i installed this camera at my campsite and it works surprisingly well without wifi. The 4G connection with the SIM card is easy to set up, and the solar panel keeps it charged without worrying about outlets. The magnetic mount is super convenient—i just stuck it on the car and it held perfectly. 2K color night vision is clear, even in low light, and the 300° rotation lets me see almost everything around the area. Only minor thing is the app sometimes takes a few seconds to connect, but it’s not a big deal. Overall, really handy for temporary setups or outdoor monitoring.

This camera is pretty awesome for the budget price that it's at!I don't have Wi-Fi in a certain location that I want to monitor so I had to use a 4G cellular camera. The thing works Great! While i was testing it, the neighbors dog barked and it took less than one second for the app to sound the bark. That's Very low latency for a signal to go from the camera, to cell network, to the Wi-Fi in my house and finally to have my cell phone produce the barking.I didn't realize this when I bought it but I can have the camera pan left and right remotely from the app.I'll be buying more cameras from this company since they replied to a question I had via email in less than 30 minutes. I'm impressed!

I’m really happy with this 4G magnetic camera. I got it for my mums back garden as she doesn't have the internet/wifi and it works perfectly using a normal SIM card of your choice or the included one which you will need to sign up to a plan. The setup was straightforward, and the app is easy to use. The picture quality is clear (even at night), and the motion detection picks up well.I like that it runs on solar power so my mum doesn't need to worry about charging it often. The magnetic base is handy for quick setup, though I’d recommend mounting it out of easy reach so it doesn’t get knocked or taken.Overall, an excellent camera that does exactly what it promises , ideal for rural areas, driveways, or anywhere without WiFi.

This camera is easy to set up because it comes with a solar panel. We set it up temporarily by our side door during the holiday months when we get a lot of packages, and it helps cover the blind spots that our indoor cameras could never see. Since it’s solar-powered, there’s no need to run any extra wiring, once it’s mounted, it’s basically ready to go.It runs on a 4G signal, so it does require a monthly subscription, but the camera itself feels well-made and the video quality is clear. It also has a built-in light, so at night the picture gets a nice boost and you can see things more clearly. The alerts on my phone come through quickly. Overall, it’s been easy to use. I get daily notifications on my phone whenever someone comes near that door, which gives me peace of mind. The solar panel has been holding up well too; sometimes on cloudy or rainy days, we haven’t had power issues.

Surprisingly decent for the low price!Coverage is as good , picture was clear , audio was even good all with low lag!

Great outdoor camera that you can install literally anywhere you want, whether it's somewhere around your house where you don't have a great wifi signal or out and about if you're on the move.I set it up in my garden at the rear of the house as my wifi isnt great there and it works really well.Great picture quality, loads of good features and really easy to set up as I already have other Igeek cameras and have the app ready installed.Added bonus having the solar panel being able to keep it charged. This means you can install it somewhere high up and not need to retrieve it to charge every few weeks.

This 4G LTE security camera is exactly what I needed for the far end of my yard where WiFi doesn’t reach. The picture quality is sharp and clear, even at night with the color night vision. The solar panel and built-in battery keep it running nonstop, and I haven’t had to worry about charging it.The magnetic mount makes setup super easy, and I like that I can move it anytime. Motion alerts work well and only trigger for people, not animals. The two-way audio is clear for talking or warning someone if needed.Overall, it’s a reliable and convenient security camera for off-grid areas or large properties.

This ieGeek 4G magnetic security camera is a wireless powerhouse for remote spots without WiFi! The 2K resolution and 300° pan-tilt give crystal-clear coverage indoors or out, with color night vision lighting up details even in pitch black, caught a prowler in vivid hue. Solar panel keeps the battery topped indefinitely, and the SIM with unlimited data plan streams alerts instantly via app, no lag. Two-way audio deterred a package thief with my voice, and motion detection is smart (zones customizable, few false alarms). Magnetic mount installs in seconds on metal, fully weatherproof. Minor con: app setup took a few tries for SIM activation. Top pick for off-grid security, peace of mind anywhere!

I was able to avoid the hassle of dealing with intricate network installations since the camera comes with a SIM card that is already installed. After connecting my phone to the cellular network and following the instructions provided by the app on my phone, it was up and running in a matter of minutes. I am not especially tech-savvy, but the procedure was straightforward enough that I was able to get it going without any assistance. This initial experience of setting it up gave me a lot of confidence. I positioned it such that it had a good view of the driveway and entry to the cottage once it was online. I placed it at the front side of the cabin. At first glance, the visual quality was instantly noticeable. Even at night, the details are precise enough to identify automobiles, animals, or anybody approaching the property. The clarity is superb throughout the day, and even at night, it is clear enough to detect the animal. Considering that it is being viewed on a cellular connection, I was pleasantly impressed by how clear the night video seemed to be. I have not seen any significant latency or buffering, and the video resolution remains consistent regardless of whether I am viewing the live stream in real time or clips that I have saved. Notifications are sent to my phone in a matter of seconds when the built-in PIR motion sensor properly detects movement. I put it through its paces by strolling around the camera's field of vision at several distances over the course of the first few days, and each time, it went off very immediately.

Clear images and movable camera

I installed this ieGeek 4G LTE camera on a shed out back where there’s no power or WiFi, and it’s doing a great job. The solar charging setup with its large 9000mAh battery keeps it running non-stop. Even during cloudy weather, it still holds charge fine. I like that it uses 4G LTE, so I can check footage right on my phone without needing internet nearby. The app setup was straightforward, and the picture quality in 2K looks sharp. Night vision is colorful, not the usual washed-out black and white. Motion alerts are reliable, and the two-way talk lets me speak through it clearly. The magnetic mount makes it simple to reposition the camera if I need a different angle. It’s small, portable, and feels sturdy. Great for keeping an eye on property off the grid.

Great choice in choosing our cameras. Completely satisfied.

A really easy to set up camera. You can buy storage using the cloud or have an SD card into it the SD card slot that can hold alot of pictures or videos that you can delete or keep. It takes clear pictures in colour or black and white your preference. The app is easy to use on your phone. And has good sound when u speak through it.
