ieGeek S5 overvågningskamera med solpanel

Zero effort to set this up. Images speak for themselves. Its winter now, but in summer my boat is on a mooring ball. This camera lets me see that its still there between summer squalls. Very happy with this camera. App is intuitive and you know what each function does at first glance. Awesome product, excellent value-gives Amcrest a run for their money.

Great picture and sound quality. My only complaint is I thought it would move around following any activity. It doesn't, at least as far as I can tell. The camera will pan, but only as you direct. Also, I had to have a friend help me with the setup I'm technology challenged. All in all, it'll do the job!

Great product, easy to setup, camera is very clear along and picks up sound from a relativeky good range. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

I have a big security system we got a couple of years ago and we still haven't installed it. It has to have lines run for things and it's just been too big a job for us to get done with our current busy schedule. So I broke down and ordered this.So. Much. Easier! No power lines to run. No need to be near an outlet.I didn't have to sacrifice quality because this has a good picture. This is a really good price for a camera.I'm happy with this order.

The Most common problem which most of us get is to have mains power to the outdoor camera and this camera has solved that issue. Long cable with the solar panel is great too. The quality is decent with night view . Over all if you don't have access to mains for your outdoor camera then this is the one you should buy.

Great camera very clear pics and videos

Here is my update. It is finally working great for me. I like that it is more compact than my older camera, which was big and bulky. Customer service helped me out and it was greatly appreciated.Highly recommend!!

Very Sleek looking camera. The quality is great on the video. The night time is just as clear as the daytime. The only flaw is that it does not do a panoramic scan because it's solar powered. The app is also very easy to use.

What I like about this camera:1. The picture quality (it's noticeabley clearer than my current camera)2. It rotates, making it easier to position it better via the app3. The size of it - it's a chunky piece of kit and seems strong and sturdy enough to last ages4. Solar power, no more needing to take it down to charge it5. I didn't need to, but you can also detach the solar panel and move it into a better position if needed6. The setup is quick and easy and the app is easy to understand/manoeuvre7. Installation was easy enough as your supplied with the necessary fixingsCons? I can't think of any as of yet.

Works like a charm. Very clear picture. Easy to mount as well as the solar panel. I also have a cheaper model from the same company and both cameras work with the same app, which is very convenient. Easy to live stream. Recommend getting SD card for storing events. There are many features with this model and all work as advertised as far as I can see! Will be buying more for monitoring the other direction. Thank you ieGeek.

Very good security camera with a wide clear view and very easy to install. I like the option of being able to move the camera via the app. The speaker is very clear, it also has a light, night and day vision can be either colour or black and white and it has recording ability with an added SD card of your choice. Very pleased and would recommend.

This camera isn’t just a security device—it’s a smart, self-sustaining guardian that gives you peace of mind 24/7. With its high resolution, full 360° coverage, AI detection, and hassle-free solar charging, it’s an outstanding choice for anyone seeking reliable, low-maintenance home surveillance.

Excellent Camera, I love that you have many features and options, the quality is truly HD, i have my whole house with this system

After testing several outdoor security cameras, I finally landed on the ieGeek Solar Security Camera. What immediately stood out was the removable solar panel. It’s not just a gimmick; it actually works. During the day, the panel efficiently charges the battery using sunlight, and I’ve never had to worry about plugging it in or swapping batteries. Even on cloudy days, it stores enough energy to keep the camera running reliably. The video quality is excellent—2K resolution with a wide 360° pan and tilt range means I can monitor every corner of my property without blind spots. The color night vision is another standout feature. Unlike the usual grainy black-and-white footage, this camera gives me clear, full-color visuals even in low light, which makes a huge difference when identifying people or objects at night. One of the biggest advantages for me is the local storage option. I didn’t want to deal with monthly cloud subscriptions or worry about my footage being stored somewhere online. With the microSD card slot, I can save everything locally and access it whenever I need, without any hidden fees or complicated setups. The AI detection is accurate—it distinguishes between people, vehicles, and animals, so I don’t get bombarded with false alerts. And the two-way audio is a great bonus. I’ve used it to talk to delivery drivers and even to scare off a raccoon rummaging near my trash bins.Overall, this camera checks all the boxes: reliable power, excellent video quality, smart features, and no ongoing costs. If you’re looking for a security camera that’s truly self-sufficient and easy to manage, this one’s worth every penny.

It’s been about two weeks since I installed the outside security camera. I still haven’t had the time to find a spot where the Sun directly hits inside my patio so I could hang up the solar panel and connect it to the camera. But as you can see in the video that I posted the battery life on it is still good. It still has more than half of battery life left, and it’s been about two weeks since I installed it so I’m very impressed with the battery life and I think it has a very crisp & clean camera lens. So far I am really liking this camera. It’s way better than the $150 one that I bought a couple years ago. The only small complaint that I have is that in order for you to have full color night vision you have to have your bright spot light turned on. I would like to have a camera that stays in color without having to use the bright light. I just feel like having a bright light on like that. It not only attracts attention to strangers to your home but I also think it’s kind of rude just to have a spot light shining down on people like that. Especially because I live in an apartments and when my neighbor comes home, I don’t want my light to be shining in her face cause I know I wouldn’t want that done to me . I’m sure you know what I mean but yea so overall I do like this camera a lot. I’m very impressed by it and I most definitely would recommend this camera.
