I recently moved from a house to an apartment complex and wanted something to provide a little extra security around my area, and to be able to monitor when packages are delivered to my place. The bonus was the built-in doorbell and chime. This camera has done exactly what I needed it to do, without the added cost of a subscription to maintain it. I bought a 128gb sd card and set up was simple. The camera quality is nice, and I've set up the free app to receive alerts during certain periods of the day. I like that you can adjust the sensitivity of the camera so it picks up what you want it to. The app seems easy to navigate so far, and while I didn't like that this company only had an email address for customer service, my experience with them was great. I was initially having issues with the motion detection not picking up anything, but they helped me resolve it by asking me plenty of thorough questions, receiving photos I sent, and in the end it was just a bit of user error on my part! (I initially mounted the camera too high - they informed me 1.6m (5'2") was the ideal height), but they still took the time to make sure everything was working for me. I'm very satisfied with this camera system.

I have purchased a number of items from IeGeek and they do not disappoint. This doorbell camera is no exception. I have posted 1 video to indicate the quality of the recorded images. I made a video of the unboxing but can only upload 1 video for the review. The contents and packaging quality is great as I have come to expect. The alert on the doorbell motion detector is excellent as well given that the camera is 1080P. The night vision is also clear in addition to the daytime images. I mounted it on my back door as that is used 99% of the time. Both double sided tape and screws are included for mounting. In addition, a cord for charging the battery is included along with a pin to open the unit for charging making it very simple. The installation was seamless as the instructions in the included manual were very clear. I followed them exactly and connectivity to my WiFi system and paring the doorbell to the indoor chime was about as simple as one could expect. I get an alert on my phone every time motion is detected. I can then open the app and view the activity. The indoor unit also has multiple "chimes" and a volume adjustment. Overall, comparing this unit to much more expensive units, I am most pleased. I have family members who have the more expensive units, and I cannot tell any advantage of those over this unit.

Best doorbell I so far , I had 3 different brands and this one it was the best , it has different many options for configurations.

-Video quality is superb and and battery life so far so good
-It comes with wireless chime so I don't need to worry about the wiring with the old system

I’ve been using the ieGeek video doorbell in my breezeway, which is a narrow 5-foot wide corridor with a double door, and it works great. This is a great alternative to some of the other more expensive video doorbells you may find out there. From my experience with Iegeek and some of their other products I will say they all have a nice integration of different types of devices all centralized into one Application, which is very easy to use, it is very intuitive. So like with other Iegeek products this has great similar quality in image, motion detection, uses 2.4ghz bandwidth, one of the easiest installation processes you will experience, it takes literally a minute to do. This doorbell is unique and cost effective, it even comes with a separate pre connected doorbell chime device that you can put anywhere. It just allows you to be aware of any door bell rings. I do like how when you press the button on the door bell you experience kind of like a phone call notification, which allows you to view and talk to whoever is at your door. It is a great notification feature, because I've lost a lot of notifications with other applications and this one is very easy to access. Very good camera, similar to many other 1080p cameras out there, good overall video, picture, and sound quality. It does allow you to use up to a 128gb microsd card for local storage or you can sign up for the cloud storage for a monthly fee.

Overall this is a great camera/video/doorbell device at a very good price, and it covers all your basis and then some. A couple of unique features include the battery, it is big, and it will certainly last a long time before you need to charge it. I think the locking mechanism to keep someone from stealing it is pretty great, especially since it's a battery powered camera, which allows you to install it virtually anywhere. No need for hardwire plugs or tapping into your houses previous door bell, which makes it really great for customizing the location of where you would like to install it. Overall these two features are a great plus to consider when buying a video doorbell as some require a hard wired power source. Overall I would buy this for my mother, friend or family member.

Yet again 5 Stars, here is the key points, it connects in seconds the picture quality is as you would expect, the viewing angle is going to take a bit of getting used to but I like it. I have the other major brand with a side by side just as a comparison for size in picture two, I am only switching because this has no subscription fee and it looks sexy in white.
I am not sure of the storage capacity, I always put a memory card in but I know they have cloud capability built into the software. It’s responsive right out the box it has an extension bell which you can move around the house, which is a such a bonus for us because a lot of the time we are out the back. So that’s a cool feature.
I have put a picture on of myself standing 10 feet away in full sunshine and you can still make me out even though I am looking conspicuous.
I am a great fan of IeGeek products they are especially well engineered this is not flimsy plastic. If I was going to be picky and point anything out it would be the two little screws that hold the lockable case to the frame, they were just not meaty enough for me so I swapped them out. All in all well worth the money in comparison to what’s available on the market and it’s out the box ready and the ease of Amazon and the super fast delivery, that was the seal for me.
Tools needed zero but I would say a Philips screwdriver if you wanted to permanently mount it. All hardware is included.
The unit will need charging occasionally but it is an easy task and no need to be fiddling looking around and trying to replace batteries it’s plug and play.
Time took from box to door about a generous 10 mins.

I’m really impressed with this doorbell camera. First off, the quickstart guide was very well written. Setup was very quick (~5 mins) and painless, and I love that it doesn’t require a subscription to use all the main features. That saves $ every month.

The video quality is super clear compared to our older Ring cam, even at night, and the 180° head-to-toe view covers my entire porch. See pictures attached. The motion detection works well without being overly sensitive, and the voice changer is a fun bonus and a great safety feature to be discreet.

The included chime is loud enough to hear throughout the house, and the 2-way audio is clear on both ends. Also works smoothly with Alexa.

For the price, and with no monthly subscription fee, this is a solid, reliable option that does everything we needed. I'd definitely recommend this product.

Easy to use

I ordered this not expecting much, however, this doorbell is a substantial upgrade over our previous ring. It’s elegant and fits well, plus comes with a free ringer. Highly customisable and good quality for the price, especially with the camera if the sound could be improved a little. Full of features and the app is easy to use. Not completely subscription free as you pay for cloud, but good that you can install your own SD card for free recordings and the app itself is free. Support is also excellent, especially with the VIP club. I’d highly recommend.

We got this to try and I’m glad we did as the random brand one from before was okay but not ideal.This one feels good quality and is a bit smaller. But it’s still a bit thick. This sticks on the wall so you don’t have to drill. That’s something we need, and I’d hope no one would randomly try to pull it off.Once it’s up and running the app is very good. And that makes a big difference. You do get cloud storage for a week and a time with clips of a few seconds. You can use an SD card as well if you like. You can upgrade subscription but we didn’t need to.The picture quality is very good both during the day and at night. The connection has been rock solid on 2.4GHz. The doorbell is a nice addition and is easy to hear.For the cost this is the first I’ve used that offers cloud storage without paying more. So overall it works well and we’re really happy with it.

I have many other iegeek cameras, and this one works just as well as the others. Easy to setup, it responds very quickly - I receive a motion detection alert within 5 seconds of it happening. This camera is different to others I’ve tried in terms of what you see… it has a fish eye lens, so you can see a huge field of view, but with a barrel effect. Battery life seems excellent so far and I also really appreciate the ringer unit which can be placed anywhere in the house. It also works with Alexa.

I've tried a few video products from ieGeek now and they've all been very good, so it was no surprise that this also works very well. I've not installed it yet as I will be moving house soon so it will be installed at the new place, but I've opened the box up and tested it out. The video quality is great and the 2K resolution is enough for our needs. I like how you can choose between full screen mode and fisheye and you can see a lot of the area you want this camera to cover.The app is great and you can speak to the person at the door easily. You can also set some pre-recorded messages but I'm not sure how useful they will be yet. I've checked the detection settings and they seem fine but I will have a better idea of how good it is when it's installed. It appears that I can use the same app with this door camera along with 3 other cameras so I can create a full surveillance system, but again I need to set this up when I am established in the new house. The indoor bell chime unit is great. Where I live now the doorbell is very old and useless so it would be handy to have it working here but I won't bother using it until we've moved. It's battery powered so can't be plugged in, but I'll use rechargeable batteries which will be fine.This was easy to connect to the app. I like how multiple users can access the cameras which will be handy for when I'm at work and my partner is at home. Sometimes she is in online meetings and can't get to the door so I can remotely speak to the person at the door and ask them to leave parcels somewhere safe.When I ordered this, it was available at £99.99 which I think is okay value, but when I last checked it was down to £39.99 which is very cheap and an absolute bargain. Recommended.
