I was using a regular smart security camera in my child’s room but the night vision lights were intrusive. I can’t believe this light works so well in the dark with just the most subtle sensor — and you can turn even that off if your little one is too sensitive to it.I was very pleased with all the features and how easy this was to use from both the monitor and my phone. I plan to use a bridge to bring it from Alexa to Apple Home and will update this review afterward.Note regarding the person frustrated about cry detection: you can set noise detection, which I found to be quite sensitive. I wonder if this would work.

The Best "Baby Monitor" ever i bought. I added it on too iegeek cam app on my phone too which was 2 mins job. It's fully loaded with so many latest features & very dashing looking monitor which has a amazing sharp colour screen with all the info display as wifi signal, battery, room temp. etc. & memory card slot & many buttons with so many choices to select. The video quality is amazing specially the night vision in pitch dark room when kids are sleep & without going in their room, turning on light & disturbing them I can see the kids room on monitor screen or phone app so clealy visible. It's amazing night view quality & top gadget for the kids safety. The camera has a auto PTZ function which will make camera lens auto rotate sideways/ up down to follow the kids movement all the time. The Phone app & monitor both has PTZ option too from where you can rotate camera & check around the kids room as door, windows shut, any hazard on the floor, electric sockets etc.A call button on little cute camera which kids can press it & instant call comes on a monitor plus phone app too on your phone like live video call. As a parent when you are away from home you can view kids room live & talk to them anytime. IeGeek has done it again! I have multiple indoor and outdoor cameras from them and very satisfied. As always, it was such a quick and easy setup. I didn't encounter any errors while adding this device to the app. The awesome part is you can monitor both through the phone app and through the monitor screen. You can call from the camera which rings on your phone and monitor, and can speak through the mic on both ends. And you can rotate the camera remotely all the way from left to right.

Setup was quick, and both the 5” handheld screen and Wi-Fi app connected without issue.Video quality is crisp, and night vision is excellent, easily clear enough to see fine detail in low light. Audio is clean on both ends, and the two-way talk feature works well. The temperature and humidity readings are accurate and helpful.There’s a slight lag when viewing through the phone app, but the dedicated monitor feed stays smooth. This monitor is fantastic, especially when it comes to the quality of the video!The images are incredibly clear, far better than any other monitor I’ve had. There is zero lag, and the alerts come in so quickly, which gives me great peace of mind. I also love the "follow mode," which keeps the camera focused on whoever is in the room. The audio is excellent for both listening and talking too. I wish I had a monitor like this when my daughter was having seizures in her sleep where the motion alerts are excellent as well.While the app and monitor features can be a little confusing to navigate, the performance is so reliable and the video quality is so high that it's the best monitor I've used.

We decided to try this out since we also use ieGeek cameras for our house (all on same App). The camera can be connected to the monitor only or to the App by wifi as well, which is really convenient- for home use or when one parent is away but wants to check the baby too. To me the image on App is much better than on the monitor and the live streaming is very smooth. The monitor also shows temperature and humidity which is very helpful. I haven’t inserted an SD card yet but it seems once it’s done, can screenshot pictures or record videos. I noticed it does have some music stored already which can be played via the monitor, not by App. One thing I hope it could be improved is currently the camera has to be plugged in. If it has a battery, it would be much more convenient.

The only downside is that the menu controls take a little time to get used to, and the parent unit battery could last longer. Overall, this is a dependable monitor with good features and solid performance for the price.

Excellent product

This baby monitor has been an amazing purchase, and the customer service has been even better. It’s incredibly convenient and gives us real peace of mind, letting us easily keep an eye on our little one while he sleeps day or night. When the baby accidentally broke the monitor, the support team guided me through the entire process of getting it resolved. They were attentive, patient, and genuinely helpful.We now have three cameras set up, though the monitor currently supports only two at a time. That’s the only limitation I’ve noticed, and I hope a future software update will allow more cameras to be linked simultaneously as I'd love to cover our home with more ieGeek cameras. Though note that the app supports more devices.The system itself is very easy to use, and the full 360° view makes it simple to see every corner of the room. I also love being able to log in while I’m at work to check in on the baby. The app also allows multiple folks of your choosing to connect to the cameras - my husband and I both connect when the carer would have the monitor. The cameras and the monitor also feel high quality.Highly recommended. 100% worth it.

Worked well on my phone when I had to be away for a work trip. Was very easy to setup. I watched the baby and sitter on my phone. From my phone I could move the camera all around to see them almost anywhere in our first floor. The second camera was in the bedroom and I could watch the baby at night. Sound is good. I even used the intercom to speak to the sitter once and she could hear me clearly. Night vision is much better than the more expensive one I had. The display is next to my nightstand and I can clearly see and hear the baby at night.

Good night vision, great capturing, motion work well

Camera quality is very good. The battery on the monitor isn't great, would need to charge it daily, or leave it plugged in overnight to be sure it'll last. The temperature recorded on the monitor seems pretty accurate which we find helpful. We also like that it lights up when baby makes noise so you don't have to leave the display on all the time
