I am writing to formally complain about the lack of resolution and response regarding my ongoing issue with the Baby 1T Monitor combo I purchased (Order: IEGEEK-EU2616). Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, my issue remains unresolved, and I have not received adequate support.

I first reached out on February 16th, 2025, reporting that the left and down arrow buttons on the monitor were not functioning, rendering the device nearly useless. I followed all troubleshooting steps suggested, including resetting the monitor and providing a video of the issue.

On February 17th, I clarified that the problem lies within the monitor itself, as the cameras function properly when controlled via the up and right buttons. However, after confirming this and providing additional details, I received only a generic response stating my issue would be escalated.

By February 18th, I had still not received any meaningful resolution, and I followed up, emphasizing the urgency of the matter, as the monitor was unusable. Again, my concerns were met with no concrete solution.

On February 23rd, due to the continued lack of response, I requested information on how to file a formal complaint and activate the product warranty. However, I have yet to receive a reply.

At this point, I am extremely frustrated with the poor level of customer support I have received. I expect an immediate resolution, either through a replacement or a refund, as the product is clearly defective. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 48 hours, I will be forced to escalate this matter further.

The equipment is good, but I assumed that the camera would also work without being powered (only with battery).
