Please allow up to 2-5 business days for product preparation.

ieGeek team ships Monday through Friday, meaning, if you place an order on a weekday, it will be out the door within 2-5 business days. Place an order over the weekend and we’ll pack it up and get it in the mail first thing Monday morning.

The estimated delivery time shown in the table below is provided for your reference ( not absolute).

1. We are unable to provide delivery services in regions other than the countries listed below.

2. We will update the tracking number by email after the order shipped, and you can also find the tracking number on your account.

3. If shipment is delayed, we will contact you via email.

Please note: You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. Additionally parcels does not ship to PO Boxes, if order during the holiday season, and selecting holiday shipping, please avoid using a PO box address for expedited orders.
