Producto aceptable!

Es muy buen producto relación calidad precio, pero necesitaría un par de retoques para ser con el mismo hardware más funcional y un poquito mejor.

Aparte creo que la imagen principal antes de hacer zoom debería de verse un poco más alejada pues hay que elevar demasiado la cámara para poder ver algo más que la cara el bebe

Gute Baby-Kameras mit vielen Zusatzfunktionen

Die Kameras sind sehr gut und funktionieren auch bei Dunkelheit super. Die Funktionen zwei Kameras mit einem Bildschirm zu verbinden ist klasse. Ebenso klappt es mit der App tadellos.
Es gibt ausserdem viele Möglichkeiten Einstellungen vorzunehmen.
Ein Punkt Abzug weil eine der Kameras manchmal ein Störgeräusch (knacken) meldet - obwohl alles ruhig ist.

No reply whatsoever from your customer service team for MONTHS!

We had issues with our baby monitor, it's not working, we have lost track of how many emails we have written to customer service, my husband and I, and ZERO answers, ZERO accountability. DO NOT BUY from these people. If you have an issue you will be left with an expensive device and no support whatsoever. A joke!

Still waiting for a resolution - appalling customer service

To this day, I am still waiting for you to send me the replacement camera you promised. You only reply when there is a bad review so here it goes: after only replying to me post review on the 27/01/25 - see below - you sent a very quick email promising to send a replacement camera. After that, silence... No camera, no reply, no contact, I have sent multiple emails. I don't understand what business is this but I am going for a formal complaint with the authorities now. Kind regards.
