① Prize Availability & Substitution

All prizes and complimentary gifts are subject to stock availability and are offered in limited quantities.

ieGeek reserves the right to replace any prize with an alternative gift of equal or higher value based on actual stock availability and operational circumstances.

For example, two 32GB SD cards may be replaced with one 64GB SD card of equivalent value.

Any prize substitution will be determined by ieGeek, subject to applicable laws.

② Prize Redemption Methods

After winning a prize, eligible customers can choose one of the following redemption methods:

Option 1 – Self-Redemption:

Add the corresponding free gift to your shopping cart first, then apply the one-time discount code provided by ieGeek at checkout to claim your reward.

Option 2 – Customer Support Redemption:

③ Minimum Purchase Requirements

Certain prizes, including free accessories, Solar Panels, H1 Indoor Cameras and 4G Bundles, require a qualifying purchase to be redeemed.

Customers must meet the applicable minimum purchase amount or eligible product requirements before claiming these gifts.

Winning a prize does not automatically guarantee a free gift without meeting the relevant purchase conditions.

④ One Gift per Customer & Eligibility Verification

Each customer may claim a maximum of ONE free gift during the entire promotional period, regardless of the number of spins or email addresses used.

To ensure fair participation, ieGeek reserves the right to verify the eligibility of every prize claim.

The use of fake email addresses, multiple accounts or other methods to obtain duplicate prizes or unfairly increase winning chances is strictly prohibited.

ieGeek reserves the right to reject duplicate, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible claims following verification.
