The Micro plug of the cable does not fit in the camera ( USB c)

These solar panels are 5 pin. Not type c or usb as they say on line. Received 2 of them and don't fit my camera. Customer Service don't care

Brilliant solution to recharge your camera battery. Simple installation and weatherproof usb port on camera a nice touch. My panel faces East but still charges perfectly. Took a few days to go from 70 to 100% but has stayed full for 5 weeks now
